Will Stevia Break My Fast?

As a Keto coach, I'm often asked if Stevia, or other keto sweeteners will break a fast. In my opinion, if they are low on the glycemic index and don't cause an increase in glucose, then they are fine.

That being said, it’s interesting to watch this study on video to the difference in ketone levels with these additives. This is why I think it’s important to test ketones and glucose for yourself.
