- 1 Large zucchini
- 1/4 cup Bob's Almond Flour
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 each Garlic Cloves
- 1 large Eggs
- 1 dash Pink Salt
- 2 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil, coconut oil

Instructions
- Grade Zucchini and drain
- Mix Almond Flour, Cheese, Garlic, salt, pepper, and egg
- Heat oil in a skillet
- using a small scoop, pour small rounds of the mixture into the pan and fry til golden flipping so both sides can cook
