This English Muffin Keto Recipe only takes a few minutes when using the microwave. If you prefer the oven, you can bake for 15 minutes. It’s an easy keto recipe and delicious.
I suggest using microwave-safe Ramekins for this. They work in the microwave and oven. Also, it’s best to use an egg that is room temperature to avoid the egg taste in your bread.

As far as flours go, choose your favorite or mix as desired. Bob’s Almond flour extra fine gives it a “brown” look.

- 3 tbsp Bob's Almond Flour
- 1/2 tbsp Coconut Flour
- 1/2 tbsp Butter
- 1 large Eggs
- 1 pinch Pink Himalyan Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees if you are going to use an oven.
- Melt the butter in a ramekin or microwave or oven-safe dish with a flat bottom.
- Add ingredients to dish and stir
- Set aside for a moment until thickened
- If the microwave is preferred, cook for 90 seconds or until Firm. If oven, bake for 15 minutes or until firm.
