Ingredients
  • 1pound grass fed angus ground beef 85% lean
  • 1jar Rao’s Marinara Sauce
  • 4large zucchinispiralized, or purchase “zoodles” presliced
  • 4tablespoons Parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Using a spiralizer, slice the zucchini into “noodles” if using fresh zucchini.
  2. Brown ground beef in a large saute pan. Drain fat and add jar of Raos Marinara sauce.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook and stir zucchini in the hot oil for 1 minute. Add water and cook until zucchini is softened, 5 to 7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Plate zucchini and top with meat sauce and parmesan cheese.
