Ingredients
  • 2Strips Baconcrumbled
  • 3Each Eggs
  • 1tbsp Butter
  • 1oz Sharp Cheddar Cheeseor any variety of cheese you prefer
  • 1tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 1oz oniondiced
  • 1oz bell pepperssliced
Instructions
  1. Melt butter in a skillet
  2. Add eggs and scramble
  3. Prepare crispy bacon on a grill, in skillet or oven
  4. Add peppers, onions and cheese to the scrambled eggs
  5. Crumble Bacon into the skillet
  6. Top with sour cream
