  1. Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, being careful so the chocolate doesn’t burn (or you can melt on the stovetop over a double-broiler)
  2. While the chocolate is melting, use an electric hand mixer to mix together the remaining ingredients until well-combined.
  3. Slowly mix in the melted chocolate.
  4. Scoop 24 ½-Tbsp-size servings onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Or you could use mini cupcake papers changing the quantity if needed.
  5. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
