  • 1/4cup Coconut Milkfull fat, whisked, chilled
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325F
  2. Use coconut oil to lightly grease a 9″ pie plate
  3. Pour pie ingredients in a bowl and mix well
  4. Pour mixture into pie pan and set aside on counter
  5. Add topping ingredients to a small bowl and mix until the nuts are coated.
  6. Sprinkle the topping mixture over top of the pie.
  7. Bake for an hour or until toothpick appears clean after inserting in the middle of the pie.
  8. Cool overnight. The more chilled, the better
  9. Drizzle coconut milk and serve very cold.
