This recipe was originated at Healthful Pursuit. I added collagen to the mix and that is optional. Leanne Vogel already included Protein mix in the original recipe. I’m considering adding chia seeds on the next round to increase the fiber! You’ll see my personal notes and additions below.
For those working a net 20 carb strict keto day, this is not going to be for you. That being said, those are that are using the holiday to carb up a bit, or are on maintenance, this is a great addition. And for those that are throwing caution to the wind on the holiday, this is a lesser of the pie evils and is about 1/3 the carbs of a regular slice of pumpkin pie.
