Loaded Cauliflower Casserole
  1. Heat Oven to 350 degrees
  2. Steam the cauliflower for 5-10 minutes until tender but not soggy
  3. Mix 3/4’s of all 3 cheese flavors and heavy cream
  4. Add in steamed cauliflower
  5. Add in sliced green onions, chopped bacon, and garlic. Top with a dash of salt and pepper
  6. Grease a casserole pan (2-3 quart)
  7. Top with remaining cheese
  8. top your dish with foil
  9. bake for 25 minutes
  10. remove the foil and if needed bake till top is crispy and brown
