Ingredients
- 2 lbs Cauliflower Florets
- 8 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 8 oz Monterey Jack Cheese
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 4 TBS Heavy Cream
- 1 1/2 Cups Green Onion
- 6 Slices bacon
- 1 Clove Garlic Grated
- 1 Dash Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1 Dash Black Pepper

Instructions
- Heat Oven to 350 degrees
- Steam the cauliflower for 5-10 minutes until tender but not soggy
- Mix 3/4's of all 3 cheese flavors and heavy cream
- Add in steamed cauliflower
- Add in sliced green onions, chopped bacon, and garlic. Top with a dash of salt and pepper
- Grease a casserole pan (2-3 quart)
- Top with remaining cheese
- top your dish with foil
- bake for 25 minutes
- remove the foil and if needed bake till top is crispy and brown
