- 1 1/2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
- 3/4 Cup Bob's Almond Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Cream Cheese
- 1 Teaspoon White Wine Vinegar
- 1 Each Eggs
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pink Himalayan Salt
Topping
- 8 oz Italian Sausage
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 1/2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 Can No Sugar Added Tomato Sauce

Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees
- Heat mozzarella and cream cheese in a small, non-stick pan
- Stir until melted together. Add in additional ingredients and blend.
- Moisten your hands with olive oil and flatten the dough on parchment paper, making a circle about 8 inches (20 cm) in diameter. You can also use a rolling pin to flatten the dough between two sheets of parchment paper. In the video example, Lori uses Baking Sheets
- Remove the upper parchment sheet (if used). Prick the crust with a fork (all over) and bake inside the oven for about 12 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven.
- Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on the crust. Top pizza with meat and plenty of cheese. Bake for 10–15 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
- Sprinkle oregano on top and serve with a green salad.
