Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 if using collagen and MCT oil, 350 if not
  2. Mix the butter, sweeetener, vanilla, salt, egg, MCT oil, and sour cream cheese in a bowl.
  3. Beat in the almond flour and collagen
  4. Use a spoon and scoop drops onto a cookie sheet
  5. Bake for 30 minutes at 325 or 15 minutes at 350 until golden
