Ingredients
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 4cloves garlic minced
  • 1cup chicken stock
  • 2tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 3/4cup heavy cream/whipping cream
Instructions
  1. Add the chicken, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, garlic cloves and chicken stock into the Instant Pot.
  2. Set to high pressure for 8 minutes. When the timer is up, quick release. Take the chicken out of the Instant Pot and let rest.
  3. Set the Instant Pot to Sautee setting and reduce the remaining sauce in the Instant Pot to about 1/3 cup, stirring intermittently for about 7 minutes.
  4. Turn off the Instant pot and stir in the remaining ingredients (cheese, cream and lemon juice).
  5. Once cheese is melted and sauce is heated through, pour over the chicken (you can also pour this on any veggies you have made).
