Ingredients
  • 1 can coconut cream
  • 1/2-3/4cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/4cup fresh mint
  • 6T stevia
  • 1/2tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/2cup lily’s dark chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Add 1/4 of the coconut cream, mint and spinach in a blender until creamy.
  2. Add the rest of the cream, peppermint extract, vanilla and stevia and blend until mixed thoroughly.
  3. Add mixture into a metal bread pan.
  4. Pour in the chocolate chips and mix.
  5. Put in the freezer about 2 hours.
  6. (optional) Garnish with fresh mint
