    Instructions
    1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
    2. Spray Donut Pan with olive or avocado oil spray
    3. Blend Almond Flour, protein powder, coconut flour, sweetener, salt, and baking powder together in a bowl
    4. Separate eggs and mix whites only in a bowl. Beat. (We won’t use the yolks)
    5. Add Eggs to powdered mixture.
    6. Add softened cream cheese, vanilla, and coconut milk to powdered + egg mixture.
    Glaze
    1. Melt butter in a sauce pan
    2. Add in granulated monk fruit or favorite keto sweetener
    3. add in heavy whipping cream and vanilla and stir well for several minutes before removing from heat.
    4. Pour mixture in donut pan and bake for 15 minutes
    5. Use glaze as a light topping or as a dip. Serving chilled allows glaze to harden and spread nicely
