Enjoy this Keto Chicken Fritters Recipe. If you have an air fryer or prefer baking over frying, you can do that as well.
Time needed: 30 minutes.
For This Recipe, You’ll need:
1 1/2 lb of skinless, boneless chicken breast, finely diced or shredded
2 medium eggs (we like pasture-raised)
1/3 cup almond flour or coconut flour
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, optional
3 Jalapeño peppers, seeded and finely diced
1 spring onion, sliced + for garnish
2 tablespoons parsley chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
A pinch of salt and fresh ground black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
- Combine Ingredients
Combine 700 grams of chicken, 1/3 cup flour, 2 eggs, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, and 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, 1 spring onion (or you can use onion powder), jalapeno if you like it, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bow.
Put 1 tablespoon of olive or avocado oil in a large non-stick pan on medium-low heat. Scoop a large spoonful (sort of like a ball) on the pan and then flatten it like a sausage patty.
- Fry 6-8 Minutes
Fry those fritters until they are crispy.
With onion. They are great dipped in sour cream!
