  1. Preheat the oven at a temperature of 450 degrees.
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Mix together the garlic, onions, celery, cauflower, butter, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper, thyme and sage in the large mixing bowl and toss.
  4. Using the spatula, spread the ingredients onto the large baking sheet or 2 small sheets.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes
  6. Pour your chopped pecans and fresh parsley onto the pan and stir.
  7. Bake for another 15 minutes and Enjoy!
