- 1/2 Cup kerrygold butter Melted
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 6 Large Eggs Pasture Raised, Organic are Best - Room Temp
- 1 each vital proteins or 10 grams (optional)
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 cups Bob's Almond Flour
- 2 tbsp MCT Oil or coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
- 1/2 tsp salt

- Preheat oven to 350
- Use a silicone bread pan
- Mix Ingredients well in a bowl
- Add to Pan
- Bake for 45 Minutes

Hi. I’m afraid I don’t know as I haven’t tried it.
I’ve been keto off and on for over 5 years now. I just found and made this bread two days ago. Thus is THE. BEST. keto bread I’ve had-chaffles included. Even non-keto, super-annoying fam liked it. Currently enjoying cheese toast with it and am in heaven. Next time, I’ll add a drop or two of Stevia for a tiny bit of sweetness or like half a tsp of vinegar or lemon for a lil sourdough punch.
