  • 1/2pound BaconI use thick cut
  • 1pound ground beefCheck out Butcher Box! I have my meat delivered
  • 1/2large onionor Onion Powder
  • 1clove Garlicor garilc powder
  • 4tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 2tbsp Hughes Smokehouse Sugar free BBQ sauce
  • 1tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1tsp pink salt
  • 4large Eggs
  • 1/4cup Heavy Cream
  • 1tsp ground pepper
  • 1tsp hot sauce
  • 1cup Cheddar cheeseshredded or sliced
  • 1tsp dill
  • 1stick Vital Proteins Collagen Stickoptional
  1. Cook up the bacon til extra crisp as you will break them into tiny bits.
  2. In a medium skillet, cook the hamburger and drain if needed.
  3. Add in the garlic, onion, cream cheese, mustard, bbq sauce, worcestershire sauce, and salt. Cook until blended. I also add a stick of collagen to mine (over 40 skin, joints, hair)
  4. Pour into 8 x 8 pan as shown above. I use a silicone 8 x 8 pan. Top with Bacon.
  5. In a small bowl, beat eggs and heavy cream, Pour onto meat
  6. Top with a layer of cheese
  7. Bake for 30 minutes and sprinkle with dill before serving
