    1. Fry or Bake 4-5 Strips of Bacon til crisp enough to crumble
    2. Cut the cauliflower into small pieces about the size of macaroni.
    3. Heat a pot of water to boil and add the cauliflower. Boil for about 5 minutes.
    4. Drain the Cauliflower and pat dry with a paper towel
    5. Add your ingredients and stir well until a creamy consistency is achieved.
    6. Crumble bacon into the mixture. Mix or leave bacon as a topping.
    7. Add a variety of cheese and seasoning to taste.
