Instant Pot Fall-Off-The-Bone Chicken
  1. Mix together serve brown, chili powder, paprika, and fresh, chopped thyme.
  2. Pat away moisture from the chicken with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  3. With your hands, rub the swerve brown onto the chicken
  4. Preparee the Instant-Pot to sauté (normal) setting until it’s hot.
  5. Pour in olive oil
  6. Add the chicken with breast facing down
  7. Sear for several minutes until crisp.
  8. Add in the chicken broth
  9. On normal setting, and sealed, cook for 27 minutes
  10. Best to let the machine depressurize on it’s own. Let the chicken set for 10-12 minutes before serving.
