Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Swerve Brown
- 1 tbsp chili powder [simply organic]
- 1 tsp Fresh Thyme Chopped
- 1 whole chicken 4-5 Pounds
- 1 cup bone broth chicken
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley chopped

Instructions
- Mix together serve brown, chili powder, paprika, and fresh, chopped thyme.
- Pat away moisture from the chicken with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
- With your hands, rub the swerve brown onto the chicken
- Preparee the Instant-Pot to sauté (normal) setting until it's hot.
- Pour in olive oil
- Add the chicken with breast facing down
- Sear for several minutes until crisp.
- Add in the chicken broth
- On normal setting, and sealed, cook for 27 minutes
- Best to let the machine depressurize on it's own. Let the chicken set for 10-12 minutes before serving.
