Instructions
  1. Steam 6 Eggs
  2. Add Immediately to Ice Bath
  3. After cooled, shake 1-3 eggs in a mason jar gently for peeling or peel with spoon
  4. Slice egg in half
  5. Mix mayo, mustard, MCT oil, Collagen, and mustard to a cream
  6. Fill each egg with mixture
  7. Top with a dash of salt, paprika and bacon
