Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 10 drops apple cider vinager
- 7 tablespoons kerrygold butter
- 7 tablespoons Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
- 3 tablespoons MCT Oil
- 2 teaspoons MCT Oil
- 5.5 tablespoons Swerve Granular
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (optional, can use up to 1/2 cup)
- 1/2 cup water or ice

Instructions
- Blend all ingredients except the water or ice in a blender until soft & creamy. Add water or ice & blend some more until well blended. Ideally, you want a yogurt-like consistency for creaky ice cream, or add more water for a firmer, icier texture. Pour mixture into an ice cream maker & turn it on. This will make perfect-consistency ice cream.
- ** This is VERY filling - like a few spoonfuls will fill you up quickly, so serving sizes are subjective. To track, create a recipe in MFP (and you could say like 8 servings just to have something), then record your actual serving from there.
