Feel free to replace the flour and sweetener with your favorite. I used coconut milk, but unsweetened Almond Milk would be great too.

I also added a scoop of Vanilla flavored Quest Protein and that’s totally optional.

Instructions
  1. Blend together the Cream, Milk, Egg Yolks, Swerve, Vanilla, and Protein powder. (I mixed mine in a blender)
  2. Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn for 25 minutes
  3. Once the Ice cream is done churning, pour a portion into a separate container.
  4. Pour 1/2 of your dough bites onto the top layer of ice cream in the bowl that you will use for freezing.
  5. Top with the other 1/2 of the ice cream.
  6. Pour the rest of the balls onto the top of the ice cream and lightly blend into the mixture
  7. Freeze and enjoy!
