Instructions
  1. Warm oven to 355 degrees.
  2. Soften the butter (don’t melt).
  3. Mix the butter and swerve with a mixer.
  4. Add in the egg and vanilla and mix for 15 seconds.
  5. Combine salt, xantham gum, almond flour and baking powder with your mix.
  6. Blend the dough together and take out of the bowl so you can fold in the chocolate chips with your hands.
  7. Roll the dough into 12 balls and place on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 15 mins.
  9. Keep in sealed container at room temperature or refrigerate.
