- 1 1/2 cups Bob's Almond Flour
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 3/4 cup Swerve Granular
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Celtic Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
- 3/4 cup Lilly's Dark Chocolate Chips

Instructions
- Warm oven to 355 degrees.
- Soften the butter (don't melt).
- Mix the butter and swerve with a mixer.
- Add in the egg and vanilla and mix for 15 seconds.
- Combine salt, xantham gum, almond flour and baking powder with your mix.
- Blend the dough together and take out of the bowl so you can fold in the chocolate chips with your hands.
- Roll the dough into 12 balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 mins.
- Keep in sealed container at room temperature or refrigerate.
