  • 1pound boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1large onionsliced
  • 1 green peppersliced
  • 1 red peppersliced
  • 1 yellow peppersliced
  • 1 lime
  • 8large romaine leaves
  1. Preheat grill for high heat.
  2. Place chicken breast on grill and cook for 8 min on each side – until done all the way through.
  3. Saute onions and peppers in a large saute pan until they are at the desired consistency.
  4. Slice chicken and add to peppers and onions. Squeeze lime juice over the vegetables and chicken.
  5. Serve in romaine leaves with toppings preferred. Please note that toppings will alter macros depending on choices.
