  2. Place in the fridge and move on to brownies.

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and beat with a blender until a thick “whip” has been created.
  2. Pour into a square silicone pan.
  3. Bake on 325 for about 30 minutes, 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes if you are not using MCT Oil .
  4. Chill Brownies for about 30 minutes in the fridge, longer if you have the time to do so. The cheesecake layer spreads better on cool brownies.
  5. Pour Cheesecake layer onto brownies. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
