Instructions
  1. Bring water to boil in a large pot
  2. Cook cauliflower for 5-7 minutes
  3. Drain the cauliflower and put it back in the pot
  4. Blend in Butter, Salt and Pepper with Immersion Blender
  5. After resting for a few minutes, blend one more time
