- 1 Cup Bob's Almond Flour I used extra fine
- 1 Cup Coconut Flour You could also just use 2 ciups of either flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 cup Butter Melted
- 2 scoops Quest Protein Powder Vanilla Milkshake Or you could use vanilla extract for a bit of flavoring
- 4 large Eggs
- 1 dash Pink Salt
- 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Swerve Granular or your favorite Keto Sweetener
- 2 tsp Banana Extract

- Mix all in a bowl and blend well
- In a silicone muffin pan or nonstick pan, fill 12 cups with the mixture
