    Instructions
    1. Heat oven to 425 degrees
    2. Mix bone broth, heavy cream, mascarpone cheese, garlic, salt and pepper in pot until melted.
    3. Stir in parsley and parmesan cheese and melt together.
    4. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken and spinach.
    5. Stir in Mozzarella Cheese
    6. Pour into original ingredients
    7. Pour entire mixture into 9 x 9 greased or lined glass baking dished
    8. Bake for 22 minutes
