Start with bacon and eggs in your meal plan. If you are tracking your keto meals, you can add in butter, heavy cream, cheese, or top with sour cream to get in more fats. Adding Avocado to any meal is often a win!

I also like to add a scoop of Vital Proteins Collagen to my eggs. Being an over 40 woman, I need the extra collagen for hair, skin and joints. If you are tracking, be sure to add in your collagen macros as well!
