1st Layer – Brownie
2nd Layer- Cheesecake
Instructions
  1. Preheat Oven to 350
  2. Lightly grease an 8 x 8 baking pan with coconut oil or line with parchment paper. I use a silicon pan.
  3. Mix together the melted butter, swerve, and cacao powder. Add in beaten eggs. Mix well and blend in salt and almond flour. I use a mixer and the consistency is more “whipped”.
  4. Pour the brownie batter into the pan and even out
  5. Top with the chocolate chips
  6. In another mixing bowl, blend the Cream Cheese, Swerve Confectioners Heavy Cream, and Vanilla Extract. If you like to use collagen in your recipes, add a scoop or packet of unflavored or vanilla.
  7. Add in 2nd layer
  8. Bake for 30 minutes and enjoy.
