Ingredients
1st Layer - Brownie
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 3/4 cup Swerve Granular
- 1/3 cup Cacao Powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1 dash pink himalayan salt
- 3/4 cup Bob's Almond Flour
- 1/4 cup Lilly's Dark Chocolate Chips
2nd Layer- Cheesecake
- 4 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 3 tbsp Swerve Confectioners Sweetener
- 2 tbsp Heavy Cream
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 350
- Lightly grease an 8 x 8 baking pan with coconut oil or line with parchment paper. I use a silicon pan.
- Mix together the melted butter, swerve, and cacao powder. Add in beaten eggs. Mix well and blend in salt and almond flour. I use a mixer and the consistency is more "whipped".
- Pour the brownie batter into the pan and even out
- Top with the chocolate chips
- In another mixing bowl, blend the Cream Cheese, Swerve Confectioners Heavy Cream, and Vanilla Extract. If you like to use collagen in your recipes, add a scoop or packet of unflavored or vanilla.
- Add in 2nd layer
- Bake for 30 minutes and enjoy.
