After 10 months on the journey, I have finally locked in and reached goal weight. No longer will I be focused on “scale weight”.
On January 1st, 2017, I weighed in at 198 pounds. Today, 10 months later, I’m 148 pounds with a roaming weight of 145-155 depending on travel, vacations, and fasting.
Once I reached my measurements of 37, 27, 37, I knew I had landed in the zone.
Now, my focus will be on muscle, strength and toning and firming up the weaker areas such as arms and thighs!
Maintenace for me will be a combination of strict at home, play on the road. I plan on relaxing in my tracking and focusing on eating healthy keto style on a daily basis.
I’ll be fasting on a regular basis as I believe it’s beneficial to the mind, mood and body.
I’ll keep a hardfast goal of staying at or under 155 at all times. Once I climb back over 155, I know I’m not happy so that’s my target for maintenance.
