Once your body is truly fat adapted, you can jump back into Ketosis within hours! It’s incredible to watch. Also, be careful about the urine strips, they stop working after a while and you might think you are knocked out of ketosis and aren’t really. I’d suggest a ketone blood meter for more accuracy.

3.) Say “NO” to those sneaky cravings
4.) Eat more cruciferous vegetables
6.) Get as much sleep as you can, this is now recovery time
7.) Load up on FATS
8.) Drink Low Carb Liquids – WATER!

- Extend your day with more cheating because “It doesn’t matter anyway”
- Hold back on calories unless you are doing a fast
- Avoid getting back on plan
- Drink alcohol
